Tours are a powerful way to get families acquainted with your centre. With Space, you have many options to start creating, receiving, and managing tours at your service:

Scheduling a Tour (Beta)

From the Tours page

  1. Navigate to your Tours page

  2. Click the "+New" button in the bottom right of the screen

  3. Begin by searching for a parent's name. Note: currently we only allow tours to be scheduled for existing enquiries. If you need to add a new family to schedule a tour for, create them in the Enquiries page first

  4. Choose a date and time for the Tour and click Schedule Tour to finalise.

  5. You should see a confirmation of the scheduled tour. All done!

From the Enquiries page

  1. Click the enquiry of choice to open the enquiry detail popup

  2. Click the stage editor dropdown and choose Schedule Tour

  3. Choose a date, time, and click Schedule Tour and ensure the confirmation details look correct.

Rescheduling a Tour (Beta)

To reschedule a previously booked tour:

  1. Navigate to your Tours page

  2. Click the tour you'd like to cancel

  3. Click "Reschedule Tour" in the tour detail popup

  4. Choose a new date and time to reschedule the tour to using the new Tour popout to the right of the calendar.

  5. Check the confirmation screen and you're all set!

Cancelling a Tour (Beta)

To cancel a previously booked tour:

  1. Navigate to your Tours page.

  2. Click the tour you'd like to cancel

  3. Click "Cancel Tour" in the tour detail popup

  4. Confirm you'd like to cancel the Tour and you're all done.

Inviting Families to Tour

If you'd like to invite a family to book a tour themselves using the Tour hours you've setup in your settings:

  1. Navigate to your centre's Enquiries page

  2. Click the enquiry to open the enquiry detail popup

  3. Click the stage editor dropdown and choose Invite to Tour

  4. Confirm you're ready to invite the parent to Tour which will send an email to the parent and notify them via their Space Parent Dashboard.

  5. You will be notified when they book their tour via email.

Enabling Direct Tour Bookings

If you've set up your tour windows, you can turn on our direct/autobook tour feature, which will allow families to book into tour windows at your centre without having to be invited.
