What's New in Space 🚀

Happy easter from the Space Team! It's been a while since our last update because we've been working away on some big things we're excited to finally be able to release. Check out what's new in Space below.

🔥 New Enquiries Dashboard (Beta)

You will notice a very different centre dashboard upon logging in today - we call this our V2 (aka version 2) dashboard. In V2, you'll find many more tools for creating, managing, and onboarding new families into your childcare centre. Try the new search box and filtering options to find the enquiry you're looking for within seconds. Note: this feature is a newly released beta, if you have issues/feedback, please lodge them on the Space Canny board and our team will respond.

🕵️‍♀️ New Enquiry Detail View (Beta)

Click into one of your enquiries and you'll find a simplified, yet powerful new interface to see information about your enquiring families and move them through the lead-to-enrolment process. You can now edit any fields provided by the family and get a full history of the journey of their enquiry from the day they first contacted you. Ready to move the enquiry to a tour or enrolment? Simply choose the stage of the enquiry from the stage selector (top right) and watch the magic happen. Note: the full history of enquiries will be visible only for enquiries lodged after today. 🗓 New Tour Calendar (Beta)

A flashy and beautiful new calendar has arrived! We'll be adding more features to this in the coming days (see "Next Up" section below) so bear with us while we add in more functionality to match the great new look. Note: this feature is a newly released beta, if you have issues/feedback, please lodge them on the Space Canny board and our team will respond.

✨ Listing Settings

A brand new page to manage all the information on your listing page. You'll see our Listing Strength meter at the top with tips to improve your listing all the way up to All Star status!

🛠 Service Settings

For things like Enrolment configuration, notifications/alert settings, and more, you can head over to your Settings menu option.

✅ Integrated Enrolments (Xplor Office Customers)

For services that use Xplor Office enrolment forms and add their publicly-accessible enrolment form link into their Service Settings, enrolments are now automatically submitted and marked as such when parents complete the last step of your enrolment form. This means that you no longer have to rely on parents marking their own enrolment as submitted and can be 100% confident an enrolment will show up in Office once the form is submitted by a parent.
