What's New in Space 🚀

Happy holidays from the Space Team! We've been hard at work shipping great new functionality to the Space platform. Check out what's new in Space below.

🔥 New Parent Dashboard

We completely redesigned the parent dashboard for parents with a big focus on mobile users. Nearly 9 in 10 parents on Space use their phones to search and send enquiries and you can rest assured we've worked hard to make sure everything works great on mobile. (Including your centre's listing page!) We've also added new interface to notify parents when they've received a tour or enrolment invite. See it all here.

💌 New Tour Emails

We got feedback that tour emails weren't sending for some centres and when they were, they needed more information. We've just added new emails that go out to both parents and centres when a tour is booked. You can see an exhaustive list of all the emails we send to parents here and ones we send to centres here.

⏰ Direct Tour Booking

There's a new setting in your service setting page that allows you to enable "Direct Tour Booking". Enabling this will allow parents to book a tour straight from your listing page so that they don't need to wait on an invite from you. Read the help article here. 🔍 Other Improvements

We continually add performance enhancements and improvements. As of late, we've been working on improving the quality of results from the Space search page and improving search speed. We also focused on improving the experience when a parent clicks a Space email and is taken to their dashboard for enquiry, tour, and enrolment notification emails.

We're soon beginning work on a new and improved centre dashboard with more CRM functionality, better communications visibility, and an improved calendar. See you in 2021.
