Creating a ‘Contact Us’ button on your Facebook business page and linking it to Space:

If you’d like to receive all enquiries into your Space dashboard, please follow the instructions below. Alternatively, if you have any questions on how this is done, please click here to schedule 5 to 10 minutes for us to walk you through the steps.

Step 1 → Login to your Facebook account for your Centre. Click ‘Page’ on the main menu bar.

Step 2 → Click on the '+ Add a Button,' OR if you already have a Button there - click 'Edit Contact Us' then a pop-up menu appear and click 'Edit Button.'

Step 3 → Click on ‘Contact Us.’

Step 4 → Next, Login to your Xplor Space account and go to ‘Settings,’ and copy the ‘Enquiry Form Link’ that will have your unique Service Approval Number at the end of the URL.

Step 5 → Paste the URL that you have just copied from the Space Settings into the ‘Link to website’ box on Facebook, and click ‘Save.

You have now successfully added your Facebook button. Once they click the ‘Contact Us’ button on your Facebook page, an enquiry form will appear for the parent to fill out. Once the form is submitted, the enquiry will be filtered into your Space dashboard from Facebook!

Step 6 → Please contact space.support@myxplor.com for our team to create a test enquiry on your Facebook page to ensure that all enquiries filter into your Space dashboard.
