The enquiry source column in your service's enquiries list enables you to easily keep track of where your enquiries are coming.

  • Vacancy Alert enquiries are those that come from parents lodging a vacancy alert (a vacancy alert is a general enquiry sent to multiple centres in one area)

  • Direct enquiries are those that come from the Space enquiry widget or form

  • Parent Auto Tour enquiries are tours that are booked directly from your Space Listing from parents. You are able to turn on the Parent Auto Tour and give parents this ability in your Service Listing Settings.

  • Manual enquiries are those that are added manually via the "Add Enquiry" button on service dashboard

  • Imported enquiries are those that are added via bulk import on the service dashboard
