If you have enquiries coming through email, phone calls, etc, you may find that you need to manually add enquiries to Space. Follow the steps below to do so:

Adding a manual enquiry

  1. Login and navigate to your enquiries list page in Space.

  2. Click the "+ New" button at the bottom left corner of the screen.

  3. Add the enquiry details in the popup fields (e.g. desired days, child details, carer details, contact info, etc).

  4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the popup.

  5. Observe that this enquiry has been created. You'll notice that the Enquiry Source column in the enquiry list will read "Manual" for all manually added enquiries.
