If your service is registered on the ACECQA register, but you cannot find it using the Space centre lookup tool, follow the steps below to lodge a connection request which our team will action in no more than one business day.

  1. Head over to the service register page.

  2. Register with an email, password, and phone number of your choice.

  3. Enter your service approval number in the top text field which should look something like "SE-12345678".

  4. If you have confirmed your centre cannot be found, tick the "cannot find service" box.

  5. A request will be dispatched to our team to manually create your service.
